Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform, submitting or accepting a Request, making payment, receiving payout, using Perry by Pikkah, contacting support, or otherwise using any Pikkah service, you acknowledge that Pikkah may collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, and any applicable supplemental policy.

1. Scope and Relationship to Terms
1.1 This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that Pikkah collects, uses, discloses, stores, or otherwise processes when you use pikkah.com, Pikkah web services, Pikkah transaction flows, Perry by Pikkah, support channels, verification flows, payment and payout flows, wallet or credit features, and any related Pikkah service.
1.2 This Privacy Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Pikkah Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
1.3 If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service about how Pikkah handles personal information, this Privacy Policy controls for privacy matters. For all other matters, the Terms of Service control.
1.4 This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites, payment providers, identity providers, app stores, banks, card networks, customs websites, airline websites, or other services that Pikkah does not own or control, even if they are linked from or integrated with the Platform.
2. Pikkah Entities and Privacy Roles
2.1 Unless a transaction summary, country specific addendum, local checkout page, invoice, or signed written agreement identifies a different Pikkah entity for a specific local service, the primary entity responsible for the Platform is Pikkah Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
2.2 Pikkah may operate through local affiliates, including Pikkah Technologies Inc. in Ontario, Canada, and Pikkah Technologies Ltd in Nigeria. These entities may support local onboarding, payment flows, payouts, taxes, compliance, customer support, corridor operations, marketing, verification, fraud prevention, dispute review, or other country specific activities.
2.3 References to “Pikkah,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Pikkah Technologies, Inc. and, where applicable, any Pikkah affiliate that provides or supports the relevant service.
2.4 Pikkah may share personal information within the Pikkah Group where needed to operate the Platform, support local services, process payments and payouts, verify users, prevent fraud, comply with law, support users, resolve disputes, and enforce the Terms of Service.
3. Definitions
3.1 “Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, can reasonably be linked to, or can reasonably identify an individual, household, device, or account, depending on applicable law.
3.2 “Shopper” means a user who creates, submits, funds, accepts, or participates in a request for an eligible item through the Platform.
3.3 “Traveler” means a user who posts a trip, accepts a Request, purchases an item, picks up an item, carries an item, delivers an item, or receives compensation through the Platform.
3.4 “Platform” means pikkah.com, Pikkah web applications, dashboards, support flows, payment flows, verification tools, order tools, matching tools, wallet or credit tools, Perry by Pikkah, and related Pikkah services.
4. Information You Provide to Pikkah
4.1 We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, submit a Request, post a trip, accept a Request, make payment, receive payout, contact support, submit a claim, use Perry by Pikkah, complete verification, or otherwise interact with the Platform.
4.2 The information you provide may include:
· Account information: name, email address, phone number, password, country of residence, preferred language, account settings, and profile details.
· Identity and verification information: government identification, selfies or liveness checks, date of birth, address information, proof of residence, proof of travel, business information, tax information, and related verification materials.
· Request and item information: product links, item descriptions, photos, videos, item value, item weight, item condition, seller information, store information, pickup details, delivery details, item notes, and proof of ownership or purchase.
· Trip and Traveler information: route, travel dates, airports, destination, available luggage space, travel proof, delivery availability, and related trip details.
· Support and dispute information: messages, screenshots, photos, receipts, claims, refund requests, dispute explanations, delivery proof, customs notices, and other materials submitted to support.
· Communications: messages sent through the Platform, approved communication channels, support threads, email, SMS, WhatsApp where used, and feedback.
· User Content: ratings, reviews, listing content, profile content, comments, and feedback you provide to Pikkah or other users.
5. Information We Collect Automatically
5.1 When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect information from your browser, device, account, and activity. This may include:
· IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, app or browser version, language, time zone, access times, referring pages, and general device information.
· Approximate location derived from IP address, and precise location only where enabled by you or required for a specific Platform feature.
· Pages viewed, buttons clicked, screens visited, searches, request activity, trip activity, order status views, support activity, Perry by Pikkah interactions, and other usage events.
· Log data, security events, error reports, crash reports, performance data, session data, and fraud prevention signals.
· Cookie identifiers, analytics identifiers, browser storage, and similar technology signals described in Section 9.
5.2 We may combine information collected automatically with information you provide and information we receive from service providers or other users where needed for Platform operation, safety, compliance, support, fraud prevention, analytics, or dispute review.
6. Payment, Payout, Wallet, and Transaction Information
6.1 Pikkah may collect and process transaction related information, including Item Price, Traveler Reward, Platform Fee, payment processing fees, taxes shown by the Platform, credits, wallet activity, payment status, payout status, refunds, chargebacks, claim status, delivery confirmation, and dispute records.
6.2 Pikkah uses third party payment and payout providers. These providers may include Stripe, Paystack, banks, card networks, wallet providers, payout providers, fraud prevention providers, and other local payment partners depending on location, currency, corridor, payment method, payout method, and availability.
6.3 Pikkah does not store full card numbers or full bank credentials unless expressly disclosed. Full payment credentials are generally handled by approved payment providers according to their own terms, privacy notices, security standards, and compliance obligations.
6.4 We may receive limited payment information from providers, such as payment status, payment method type, last four digits of a card, card brand, billing country, transaction identifier, payout status, bank account status, chargeback status, risk status, and other provider generated records needed to operate the Platform.
7. Identity Verification, Safety, and Compliance Information
7.1 Pikkah may collect or process identity verification, travel verification, business verification, tax verification, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, and safety related information before or during account use, request creation, traveler approval, payment, payout, delivery confirmation, dispute review, or continued Platform access.
7.2 Verification information may be collected directly by Pikkah or by identity verification providers, payment providers, fraud prevention providers, banks, card networks, compliance providers, or other service providers.
7.3 Verification and safety information may be used to confirm identity, detect fraud, prevent misuse, comply with law, prevent prohibited item activity, assess payment risk, support claim review, protect users, and enforce the Terms of Service.
7.4 Verification may reduce risk, but it does not guarantee that any user is honest, safe, lawful, financially reliable, or able to complete a transaction.
8. Perry by Pikkah, AI, and Automated Tools
8.1 When you use Perry by Pikkah, chat support, automated recommendations, item feasibility tools, matching tools, pricing estimates, risk indicators, or other automated features, Pikkah may collect your prompts, messages, uploaded information, account context, transaction context, order references, support issues, and resulting responses.
8.2 We may use Perry by Pikkah and automated tools to answer support questions, explain Platform features, guide Request creation, help with order status, identify fraud or safety concerns, assist with item review, support dispute handling, improve product quality, and route issues to human support.
8.3 Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, passwords, full card details, private identification numbers, or another person’s confidential information into Perry by Pikkah or any support channel unless the Platform specifically asks for it through an approved secure flow.
8.4 Automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Pikkah may monitor, store, review, and use automated tool interactions for support, safety, fraud prevention, quality, legal compliance, and product improvement, subject to this Privacy Policy.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
9.1 Pikkah may use cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, analytics tags, session replay or diagnostic tools where lawful, and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember preferences, keep users signed in, secure accounts, prevent fraud, measure performance, understand usage, improve features, and support marketing where permitted.
9.2 Cookies and similar technologies may be set by Pikkah or by service providers, including hosting providers, analytics providers, payment providers, fraud prevention providers, customer support tools, marketing tools, or embedded third party services.
9.3 You may be able to disable cookies through your browser or device settings. Some Platform features may not work properly if cookies or similar technologies are disabled.
9.4 Where required by law, Pikkah will provide cookie choices or consent tools for non essential cookies. Your choices may depend on your jurisdiction, browser, device, and Platform version.
10. How We Use Information
10.1 Pikkah may use personal information to:
· Create, manage, secure, and support accounts.
· Operate, provide, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Platform.
· Match Shoppers and Travelers and support Requests, trips, payments, payouts, delivery confirmation, claims, and disputes.
· Verify identity, travel details, payment eligibility, payout eligibility, account information, and transaction information.
· Process payments, payment holds, refunds, payouts, wallet credits, referral credits, promotional credits, chargebacks, and provider reviews.
· Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, prohibited items, security incidents, policy violations, payment risk, suspicious activity, abuse, and safety issues.
· Provide customer support, respond to questions, route issues, and review complaints or claims.
· Send service messages, account notices, transaction notices, legal notices, security alerts, policy updates, and support communications.
· Send marketing communications where permitted and subject to your choices.
· Analyze usage, measure performance, improve product features, develop new services, test features, and conduct internal reporting.
· Comply with legal, tax, regulatory, customs, sanctions, law enforcement, payment provider, audit, recordkeeping, and dispute obligations.
· Enforce the Terms of Service, Pikkah Pledge, this Privacy Policy, and other Pikkah policies.
11. Legal Bases for Processing Where Applicable
11.1 Where a legal basis is required, including under privacy laws that apply in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Canada, Nigeria, or other jurisdictions, Pikkah may process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
· Contract: to provide the Platform, process Requests, operate transactions, handle payment and payout flows, provide support, and enforce the Terms of Service.
· Consent: where you choose to provide optional information, enable certain device permissions, receive marketing, accept non essential cookies, or use optional features that require consent.
· Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting, payment, sanctions, customs, law enforcement, regulatory, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping obligations.
· Legitimate interests: to secure the Platform, prevent fraud, improve services, provide support, enforce policies, develop features, and maintain operational integrity, where those interests are not overridden by your rights under applicable law.
· Vital interests or public interest: where necessary to protect someone’s safety or comply with lawful public authority requests, where applicable.
12. How We Share Information
12.1 Pikkah does not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information with third parties for their independent advertising purposes unless we provide any notice and choice required by applicable law.
12.2 Pikkah may share personal information with:
· Other users: where needed to coordinate Requests, trips, pickup, delivery, identity confidence, order updates, communication, ratings, reviews, delivery confirmation, dispute review, or support.
· Pikkah affiliates: where needed for local operations, local onboarding, compliance, payments, payouts, support, taxes, fraud prevention, marketing, route operations, or other Platform purposes.
· Payment and payout providers: including Stripe, Paystack, banks, card networks, wallet providers, payout partners, and related financial service providers.
· Verification and compliance providers: including identity verification, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, device risk, address verification, and business verification providers.
· Service providers: including hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, customer support, email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, document storage, logging, security, AI, product analytics, and operational tools.
· Government, customs, regulators, and law enforcement: where required or permitted by law, legal process, safety need, regulatory inquiry, customs issue, sanctions review, tax obligation, or fraud investigation.
· Professional advisers: including lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants, and other advisers.
· Business transfer parties: where reasonably needed in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, due diligence process, or similar corporate transaction.
· Other parties with your direction or consent: where you ask us to share information or use a feature that requires sharing.
13. Information Shared Between Shoppers and Travelers
13.1 To complete a transaction, Pikkah may share limited information between a Shopper and a Traveler. This may include first name, profile photo where used, general location, pickup or delivery instructions, item details, route information, message content, order status, handoff details, delivery confirmation information, ratings, reviews, and other information needed for the transaction.
13.2 Pikkah may limit the information shown to each user depending on the transaction stage, safety needs, verification status, support review, and Platform design.
13.3 Users may not misuse another user’s personal information. Information obtained through the Platform may be used only to complete the relevant transaction, communicate through approved channels, resolve support issues, or comply with these Terms and applicable law.
14. Marketing and Communications
14.1 Pikkah may send transactional and service related communications, including account notices, order updates, payment updates, payout updates, security alerts, policy updates, support responses, verification requests, and legal notices. You may not be able to opt out of important service communications while you have an account or open transaction.
14.2 Pikkah may send marketing messages, product updates, referral information, promotional offers, surveys, or community updates where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting support. Message and data rates may apply for SMS or WhatsApp communications.
14.3 Pikkah may use account, transaction, and usage information to personalize communications and improve the relevance of notices, support, and product messages, subject to applicable law and your choices.
15. International Transfers
15.1 Pikkah operates across multiple countries and may process personal information in the United States, Canada, Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and other countries where Pikkah, its affiliates, or its service providers operate.
15.2 Privacy laws may differ from country to country. Where required, Pikkah will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, data processing agreements, transfer impact assessments, adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, user consent, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
15.3 By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence where permitted by applicable law.
16. Data Retention
16.1 Pikkah retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, operate accounts, support transactions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, support audits, maintain business records, and protect users and Pikkah.
16.2 Retention periods may vary by information type. For example, account records may be retained while your account is active; transaction and payment records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback, audit, and legal purposes; identity verification records may be retained as required by provider rules, law, or risk controls; support and dispute records may be retained while claims, disputes, or legal risks remain relevant.
16.3 When information is no longer reasonably needed, Pikkah may delete, deidentify, aggregate, archive, or otherwise handle it according to applicable law and operational requirements.
16.4 Deleting your account may not immediately delete all information. Pikkah may retain information where needed for open transactions, payment obligations, taxes, audits, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal claims, sanctions screening, safety, or other legitimate purposes permitted by law.
17. Security
17.1 Pikkah uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include encryption in transit, access controls, logging, monitoring, provider security controls, internal permission limits, and security review processes.
17.2 No system, website, app, payment flow, cloud service, or transmission method is completely secure. Pikkah cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction will never occur.
17.3 You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, devices, authentication codes, email account, and communication channels. You should notify Pikkah promptly if you suspect account compromise, unauthorized activity, or suspicious messages.
18. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
18.1 Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information, portability of information, restriction of processing, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, opt out of certain uses, or appeal certain privacy decisions.
18.2 To exercise privacy rights, contact Pikkah at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We may decline or limit a request where permitted by law, including where information is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax obligations, audits, dispute handling, open transactions, or enforcement of rights.
18.3 You may update certain account information through your account settings where available. You may control cookies through browser settings and any cookie tools Pikkah makes available. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting support.
18.4 We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights that apply to you under applicable law.
19. United States State Privacy Disclosures
19.1 If you are a resident of a United States state with an applicable consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights depending on that law and whether it applies to Pikkah. These may include rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing of personal information.
19.2 Pikkah does not sell personal information for money. If Pikkah engages in activity that applicable law defines as a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling requiring opt out rights, Pikkah will provide the required notice and choice.
19.3 Categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers, contact information, account information, commercial information, transaction information, internet or network activity, approximate location, identity verification information, payment and payout status information, messages, User Content, support records, and inferences used for fraud prevention, safety, support, and product improvement.
19.4 We disclose personal information for the business and operational purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to service providers, affiliates, payment providers, verification providers, support tools, and other parties described in Section 12.
20. Canada, Nigeria, United Kingdom, and European Region Rights
20.1 If Canadian privacy law applies, you may have rights to access and correct personal information and to ask questions about Pikkah’s privacy practices. Pikkah will handle applicable requests according to Canadian privacy requirements.
20.2 If Nigerian privacy law applies, you may have rights as a data subject under applicable Nigeria data protection law, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, and complaint, subject to legal limitations.
20.3 If United Kingdom or European Economic Area privacy law applies, you may have rights under applicable data protection law, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
20.4 Pikkah will respond to applicable privacy rights requests within the time required by applicable law, subject to identity verification, lawful extensions, and permitted limitations.
21. Children’s Privacy
21.1 The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years old or under the age of majority where higher. Pikkah does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
21.2 If you believe a child has provided personal information to Pikkah, contact [email protected]. If we confirm that personal information was collected from a child in violation of this Privacy Policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete it unless retention is required by law, safety, or fraud prevention needs.
22. Third Party Services and Links
22.1 The Platform may contain links to third party websites, tools, payment pages, customs resources, carrier resources, identity verification flows, app stores, maps, or support tools. Pikkah is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, policies, security, or availability of third party services that Pikkah does not control.
22.2 Your use of third party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You should review those policies before providing information to third parties.
23. Business Transfers
23.1 If Pikkah is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, transfer to an affiliate, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
23.2 Any successor or acquiring entity may continue to process personal information according to this Privacy Policy or a replacement privacy notice, subject to applicable law.
24. Changes to This Privacy Policy
24.1 Pikkah may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date or last updated date and post the revised policy on the Platform.
24.2 Where required by law or where Pikkah determines a change is material, Pikkah may provide additional notice through email, account notice, Platform notice, support notice, or another reasonable method.
24.3 Your continued use of the Platform after an updated Privacy Policy is posted or becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy, subject to any consent rights required by applicable law.
25. Governing Law and Local Mandatory Rights
25.1 For use of pikkah.com and the Platform where Pikkah Technologies, Inc. is the primary contracting entity, this Privacy Policy is governed by the laws identified in the Terms of Service for the primary Platform relationship, except where mandatory privacy or consumer protection law requires otherwise.
25.2 If a local transaction document expressly identifies a Pikkah local affiliate as providing a specific local service, local privacy laws may apply to that service to the extent required by law or stated in the applicable local terms.
25.3 Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits privacy rights, consumer rights, or data protection rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

This appendix is included for transparency and platform administration. It does not create separate user rights against an affiliate unless that affiliate is expressly identified as responsible for a specific local service or applicable law provides otherwise.

This master Privacy Policy still applies unless expressly replaced.
Acknowledgement. By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform, submitting or accepting a Request, making payment, receiving payout, using Perry by Pikkah, or contacting support, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
